Even if we were to reserve the entire hotel for Hero members, we still do not have enough rooms to accommodate everyone, which prompted this change. As you mentioned, it has been very difficult for Hero members to use their free rooms once a month. With over 44,000 Hero members and growing, we unfortunately had to make changes to the program to be able to accommodate as many guests as possible.
